04 Strategic Programs

Advancing rare earths through collaboration

Beyond materials, Venus works through collaboration. These are our areas of strategic focus and the programs we are developing — described as direction, not as completed initiatives. Specific programs are published only once established and verified.

Our approach

Rare earths are a strategic priority that no single organisation advances alone — so our programs are about working with others.

We work with research and educational institutions, with industry, and on policy relevant to critical minerals in India. We describe these as directions of focus; where a program is still being formed, we say so rather than present it as established.

Under development

Programs under development

Some strategic initiatives are still being defined. We publish their details only once their scope and originality are confirmed.

Business scale-up initiative

Under review

A strategic initiative relating to business scale-up is under review. Its scope and materials are being finalised and are not published as an established program.

Institutional collaborations

Under review

Specific institutional collaborations are being confirmed and are not named until agreements are in place.

We keep programs that are still being defined off the public site until they can be described accurately and supported.
